RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your purchase isn't quite right you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Solespun and may only be refunded as a store credit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and will include shipping costs for faulty items only

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@solespun.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this, send us an email at customercare@solespun.com and send your item to: 117a THE GROVE London GB W53SL.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return by contacting us at customercare@solespun.com. and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 117a THE GROVE London GB W53SL

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
